Anyone else jump on the bandwagon?
I won't lie, the 'Nug's have pretty much sucked or busted their nut in the first round of the playoffs; but they dominated the Hornets in this last series.

Good Luck against the Dallas Mavericks!

I remember very well the last time the Nuggets won a playoff series. They made history that year, as the first 8 seed to ever defeat the #1 seed. I also remember when we traded Iverson and got Chauncey. The talk was that the Nugs were throwing the season away. I disagreed with that. I'm not a huge basketball fan, but my stepfather is, and he loved Chauncey when he was here playing high school ball. Leadership is all the Nuggets needed. Carmelo doesn't have that. He's got skills, but Chauncey knows how to lead. And here we are!
Average margin of victory for this series: 37.5.
Nuggets regular-season record against the Mavs: 4-0.

Good Times!

mehhh... never been a basketball fan. Good on the Nuggets for doing well, but I'm not about to rush out and buy a jersey... I really couldn't care less.

Must admit tho...it is nice to hear people cheering 'em on for a change instead of dogging on a home team. lol

I am a Nuggies fan through and through. I wish Gondo was still alive to witness this. I hope they put the beat down on that team from Texass.

I'll support the home team, and even jump on the bangwagon!
AVs...shutout 3 of their last 4 games
Rapids...uhmmm yea...
Rockies...I'll go to a couple games this year with my son plus cheap to go. Die hard Red Sox fan!!!!
Bronco's...it's not football season yet, and still not sold on the Cutler trade...time will tell.

I'm not usually a fan either, but this year since it's a local team I've been into it. Go Nuggs! Well, until they meet up with the Celtics, anyways, then I'll have to see since I grew up in the Baastan area....:)

 True.

I like the Nuggets, I have a Nuggets hat I'll wear once and a while, but I'm more of a player fan. I like watching certain players play; Garnett, LeBron, Wade, guys like that.

Broncos, bleh, I'm a 49er fan. It was AWESOME when the 9ers kept the Broncos out of the playoffs a couple years ago. :hump:

Rockies, HA! I'll go to the games if I get a free ticket or the Giants are in town. But I thought it was cool when they made it to the World Series, I'll admit that I was cheering for them and tried to get World Series tickets, but I wouldn't say I was on the bandwagon.

Love the Avs, even though they sucked ass this year.

Mammoth fan for sure, hence why I have season tickets. :D

I'll go to as many Outlaws games as I can too.

Rapids who?

Definitely hope the home team wins, but I'm not about to jump on the bandwagon. If they go to the finals and some of the guys want to grab a beer and watch the game I'll go, but I won't watch it at home.

Pretty much the same with all sports. I enjoy going to games, and always root for the CO team, but overall I don't really care if they win or not.

Only sport I DVR is MotoGP bitches!

I ended up getting FREE tickets to Sat. game and they are not even the nose bleeds seats ((row 10)).
When I was in Iraq, I had Altitude Sports embed with my unit for a week and last week got an email from them that said "I have two tickets to the Western Finals" I picked them up a will call before the Ticketmaster nut roll on Friday.
I picked up a ten dollar Nuggets shirt on my way home from work and my wife asks what the shirt was for...I told her I got tickets to the next Nuggets game..she was ubber happy until she asked me if I was taking her....I'm taking one of my Soldiers instead.

Go Nuggets Beat the Lakers!

I tuned in right around the time of the lazy "up for grabs" inbound pass. He should have called timeout, if he didn't have a good look, but it looks like he put it out there for Billups to go get, but it got got by LA first. :dunno:

Nuckin Fuggets. You don't win playoff games by missing 11 free throws at the line in the first half. And what was with the stupid missed three point attempts when you're ahead. Dumb bunch of idiots. They deserved to lose that game.

Wow! They missed 11 FTs in the first half??

Yeah.... it's going to be tough going, if you can't capitalize at the charity stripe. Hopefully they can set a new tone in Game 2.

That was a good game, but Martin f'ed up and fouled Kobe and gave them the game. At least thats the way I see it.
If they keep up that level of play and start making free throws, they will win.

I agree you miss that many free throws you keep the other team in the game. Also, with 5-6 minutes left in the game and you are shooting three pointers with a 6 point lead...not a smart move.

They did come out and play the first quarter, something they have not done well in their previous series.
