Would be sick if he was actually racing it. :D

Yeah, I would love to see him on a street circus :)

It'd be really interesting to see how he'd perform. My guess would be somewhere mid-pack.

He's not really riding it though. If he were to get in on the race, that would be interesting. I wonder how he would do? Would they make him ride a more stock bike? I'd love to see how he handles the bridge  It ain't no motogp track.

"Rossi will complete a memorable parade lap of the 37.73 mile (60.7 km) circuit before the start of the six-lap Dainese Superbike race. He will ride behind the course car on a 2009 Yamaha R1, flanked by eight of the famous Travelling Marshalls, who will be riding similar machines."

However, the team owner would shit a brick! Can't get the money maker killed!

+1000

I spoke with Scott last week and he's totally stoked for the opportunity to ride at IOM.

Sure, Rossi is going to do a parade lap. Our hometown guy is going to do the RACE!

Riding behind the car....

Rossi's a racer and he would be FLYING if they let him loose. Hence, they put an artificial governor in front of him.

Good luck Scott!

Does anyone know if he's setting up donations like he did for his wildcard WSBK ride last year? I don't have a lot of spare cash but I'd definately be in to throw scoot some loot! :slappers:
