In the convict world, women are born with 2 purses, men have one. Plus sloppy/lazy/understaffed prison staff.

What with all the marijuana inmates, who has time to pay attention to the killers, rapists, and other serious criminals.

Prison row is a waste of money. Isn't the average time for a death sentance to be carried out around 15 years?
