Heard this on the news today. Really hope they amend it and soon. A friend of mine from Rocky Mtn Cycles said they are considering selling these again soon since the federal government will allow them to for up to 2 years. However places like Faymyers won't because they are afraid of the state and county coming after them.

So according to this commission, I’ve been absorbing lead through the brake and clutch levers for almost 30 years now. And here I thought drinking from water hoses, playing outside with out suntan lotion and eating dirt was going to be the death of me.

What you have to remember is that even though they will not enforce the law for 2 years, the law HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED. Just because there are no cops on I25 enforcing the speed limit doesn't make speeding legal, and the situation is the same here. Fortunately everything bigger than a 50 is back on the market, they have just been reclassified as for children over 12.
