Ride 5/8

Have the day off and wanted to get some seat time in before the weather gets wet. I was thinking of starting at MOCO and riding up to Conifer via Bear Creek, then to Deckers via CO-126, then to Woodland Park via CO-67, then to Colorado Springs through Manitou Springs, then up I-25 to Interquest Pkwy/83 and ending in Aurora where I live. Mapquest says the ride will take 4+ hours and 165 miles. I am planning on stoping for a burger and beer some place along the way (any food suggestions would be great). I was thinking of leaving MOCO around 9:30 or 10:00 depending on who wants to go.

Just did the reverse this afternoon. The long stretch from the springs up 83 is loooonnnnggggg. Watch the wind.

Me and a buddy will be meeting at MoCo around 3. Still not sure on the time yet since he is working until 2-3. We will probably just do a quick Bear Creek->Turkey Creek-> Deer Creek run.
