1. My current Triumph Sprint RS...with some "upgrades" like Carbon wheels, Nice shock and forks, maybe a SSSA off a 'Tona.

2. My old 72 Kawasaki H2 750 triple

3. A KX 500 and since this is fantasyland ...a KX500 motor in a New chassis (aluminum frame, etc.)

4. A 1050 Speed Triple in orange or roulette green.

5. And finally in fantasyland, my dream bike is something thunk up all by myself. I want to build a 1000cc V-twin two-stroke using two KX500 top-ends in something like a TZ chassis. Aiming for about 150hp in a 250lb bike. :D And have it street legal of course :lol:

Suzuki RG500 Gamma

Dreams can come true... I can help you with this. I host the RG for sale list at http://edj.net/cgi-bin/rgforsale.pl and the (at the moment broken while switching servers) gamma email list. I have 4 RGs... and maybe one more than I need...

PS. The gamma IS still my dream bike even after owning for 20 years.
Other dreams...
Schwantz RGV500 (I'd settle for a non-schwantz works RGV500 though).
TZR250 3MA (one one ebay NOW for $5500 makes me cry that I am broke)
Aprilia RS250 with RG500 motor.
RGV250 VJ22 or later (or maybe 1996 Honda NSR250SP).
Bimota Vdue 500 ... to look and and never ride because it is a failed dream
And since you reminded me... those RC166 are crazy cool... the only 4stroke I might ever want (I'd have to sell my house and all my savings and all my bikes to buy one and never be able to use it though). A guy on the gammalist rebuilt one of those in California for a run around Laguna Seca... insane tiny high tech and louder than anything!

pps. RG500 for sale for $8000 in AZ... see that forsale list posting on May 13. Considering they are now going for $10k up to over $25k(!!!) get one while you still can afford to.

Somebody posted to gammalist some sort of 1100 2stroke triple in something like a ZX10 frame... and it was from a company that sells these motors! Should have enough power to remove you from the planet! And it would be street legal ... !

There was a guy in Denver with a Tesi he got *cheap*, about 10 years ago? He didn't ride it though but was developing his own exotic front end system. His wife/girlfriend(?) had an RGV250 so got along with my wife:) But he moved to California. Norman was his name if anyone else knew him? He sold the RGV. I hope he still has the Tesi.
