Alright. Where the fuck are our LEO bretheren on this one....

Umm, they are right there:

The Sunrise Century had already contacted the Colorado State Patrol and the Boulder County Sheriff's Office to provide traffic control and support for the ride. In light of the threat to disrupt the event, law enforcementhttp://images.intellitxt.com/ast/adTypes/mag-glass_10x10.gif (http://www.9news.com/news/article.aspx?storyid=117899&catid=339#) officers may have an addition role to fill.

"Are you going to have people out there that do try to cause trouble? Maybe. Are we going to be out there to deal with them? Absolutely," Trooper David Hall with the Colorado State Patrol said.

Umm, it would seem they are there to do exactly that.

Let me expound on that:

The question was directed toward LEO members or lurkers (that have specific retaliatory vibes toward current members of the CSC) of the CSC forum.

I doubt that I could be anymore clear on this. But then again. :silly:

So what happens when someone legitimately breaks down on the road, now they will get hassled by the police?

Despite our greatest hopes and dreams, and without reference to attitudes, LEO's are generally not stupid people. They may be asses, they may be a pain, but stupid they usually are not. As quickly as they can spot someone who's had something to drink or carry's a weapon, they can spot someone who's faking a break down.

I say make the freaking road look like I-70 at 4 pm on a winter Sunday.

Whiny tit cager assholes feeling victimized. Boo-fucking-hoo.

Wouldn't want anything like people riding bicycles to wake them up from their nap/meal/telephone call/make-up applying/self-applied-rectal-exam behind the wheel of their 2-ton missile.
