My guess it was somebody out for a before-work ride an over-cooked it. Still pretty dark at that time.

Alcohol or drugs probably contributed to the crash, the State Patrol said. Garnov was wearing a helmet, Sullivan said.


RIP Rider. How many is that this year? And we are just barely getting some dry weather now...I hope it doesnt get worse.
