lol i don't mind the rain especially when it's been in the 90's. What bugs me is the fucking humidity lately. If I wanted this I would move to Kansas City, or somewhere on the east coast.

The lack of punctuation, correct grammar and common sense bugs me.
We live in a desert; enjoy the rain when it comes, because it does not come often enough.

While I understand what you are saying, after getting 100% soaked on the ride home I am getting a little tired of it. Not a drop at work, (Greenwood Village) some slightly wet roads in Parker, light rain in Franktown, but a DOWNPOUR by the time I was close to Elizabeth. I was soaked through every bit of clothing by the time I got home :(

We live in a desert;
No we don't. A desert is defined as receiving fewer than 10" of rain on average, annually. We receive more than 10" of rain annually.

Thanks for correcting me - we received 10.21" inches last year
That clearly doesn't fall into the correct definition for a desert.
I'll be sure to check my facts before ever posting again.
