On our way up to Trailridge we came across what looked to be a bad accident. We were heading towards empire and coming up on Idaho Springs when I noticed a truck and a motorcycle on the side of the road.
You hear the stories all the time about people coming up on a bike parked on the side of the road. I was hoping this story would not be the same but it was. There was what looked to be a gixxer completely smashed in front. From what I could tell it looked like the rider was either run off the road or just lost control and went into a huge rock. Over to the side was what looked to be a body.
I wanted to stop but there were already several people there and I figured I couldnt do anything more then they were so we just kept on going.
Anyone know anything about the situation?
