I walk part of my way to work it is atleast a 100ft walk to the front door.

That is a dumb article; isn't that common sense! Next there will be an article saying they found that people that go to the gym and workout have better fitness than people that don't....

Studies show that those who play Xbox 360 at least 4 to 8 hours per day, have better Xbox 360 playing skills, than those who do not own Xbox 360's.

It's a silly article for those of us who do not have cable-butt, etc.

Most people want to be entertained. More people are becoming lazy and dependent. England has plenty of seniors walking up flights of stairs just to get into their flats, (homes). Older people in USA want a single story home or a elevator, (lift) to avoid the exercise. Two-thirds of Americans are fat. This does not happen overnight.

Kids are being put on high blood pressure medication because of the lack of eating well / physical movement.

Generation gaps are becoming larger and larger.
