Anyone else go through this last night? We couldn't see the apartments across the street from us from all the hail and wind. Our work's power is out and one of the guys from work's house is trashed. Here's some pics.

Just a lot of lightning and rain by me. The lightning was pretty damn amazing. It went on for like 45 minutes straight.

Yeah, Donna says the storm put a big pine tree into the door of her classroom at school and flooded the building. No damage at our house, but we were right in between the two tornado warnings. Stood outside for a while watching the lightning illuminate the spinning clouds.

Wasn't too bad in my neighborhood at Kipling & Belleview. Mostly just plant damage (leaves and gardens).

My buddy up the street at Kipling and Hampden got his truck beat to sh!t.

That siding is unbelievable.

Thankfully we got the cars in the garage just in time last night. Broke the fuck out of everything in our condo. Mainly plants, some ground lights are all that were really damaged.

Sleeping pills FTW. I woke up to pee DURING the storm and did not even know it was going on.

Now, if I can just score some Ambien I will take care of the left overs in the fridge tonight.

It never really made it to my area. I saw all the lightning off to the northwest but it was too far away to hear the thunder. I woke up later to a light rain, in the morning the rain gauge showed 0.15

Just rain and entire clouds lighting up with lightning near me. Unfortunately it did a number on the DMV computer system somewhere somehow. Went to FINALLY get my permanent plates and title taken care of this morning bright and early and the system was down for the entire state. :(

Had some crazy ass lightning and wind. I dont think I have seen that much lightning, looked like someone was setting off constant fireworks. Sorry to hear about the hail people got! I hate hail!

storm was pretty vocal last night, but didn't cause any damage at my place (luckily)! There were a few spots in the roads on the way to work that were washed out and covered in debris, but nothing major.

Sorry to see this! :(

No hail (LiDo) but there was a shit-load of rain.

The sirens went off in the area though.

Thought Shea and Frank were right about Obama and WWIII was starting.

Nope. Heard the tornado sirens about 10:30, however the storm was in WR during that moment.

Tell your buddy it's best to seal up the holes in the siding until the contractors can get to it. It's been since 6.7.09 (Southlands twister) and I am still in a hurry up and wait mode for the house to be fixed.

Protecto Wrap is the product the siding Co recommended, until replacement.

Look into your homeowner's/renters insurance, it might be covered.

Yeah... Im over all the big storms. Really puts my riding time and social life in the shitter!! Everyone near the storm should for sure get on their roofs and check for damage. Also, put the cars in a garage or somewhere with lighting (not the sun) and check for hail damage. Its hard to see in the sun. Sounds like there was a lot of damage from the smaller hail, just hard to see.

I love my job, just not when it hails!

That same storm hit the Springs last night. I got woke up around 12:30 to some of the nastiest sounding rain and hail I've ever heard. Thankfully no damage but there was a ton of rain. I couldn't even see my truck sitting out in street in front of the house. Rain was coming down in sheets thick as lead.

Apparently the storm only clipped the North and East parts of the Springs. Ton of rain though, saw lots of job sites where they are building houses, flooded and washed out today.

I'm in Wheat Ridge...lots of rain, thunder, lightning...luckily no damage. My power did go out at 10:30 and still wasn't back on when I left for work at 6:45 this morning. Hope it's on when I get home!!!

Stevie and I were feeling the pain too. Huge trees were downed all around her house and it all but ripped her front gait off its hinges. It was crazy to watch!
