$113.6 million? Frontier must be loaded with debt for them to go that cheap. An Airbus 320 goes for $78 mil and how many of those things do they have?

Seems like a good deal. Maybe we could have a CSC bake sale or car wash to raise the money to buy it?

Interesting...right now Frontier has a 21.24% carrier share at DIA and Southwest has a 12.28% carrier share. Assuming this happens, Southwest could be damn near even with United which is currently at 36.05% if it's business plan goes this route.

Not bad percentages flying out of the 4th busiest airport in the nation.

F9 owes Republic Holdings so much cash...they are bidding for them also. I would say Republic gets .

The jets are all leased.

So you're saying they have no assets, only liabilities. That would explain it :)

If an impromptu car wash can't make us $113.6 million, what can?

SW has Boeing
F has Airbus

Airbus doesn't fly out of hot hot areas because of heat issues.

SW would have a really nice expansion by becoming a international airline if the merger is allowed.
SW would help pull-up the low priced seat prices by buying out all the competition. The days of 59 dollar seats are limited.
