i think chili is a good idea

throw it in a crock pot in the morning and it will be ready that afternoon

Chili would be fine by me as well -- it's not like [you] are the only one that would be "suffering". Aren't we all in this together?

throw it in a crock pot
Speaking of crock pot, do we know if such a device is present at the house or should I throw one in?

Wow, maybe it's a good thing I'm not going with you guys... I know I'd be in the back of the pack and I definitely would not want to be downwind after chili day!

I have 2... should I bring them ?? No, forget it.. it would take up my precious packing space designated for shoes and swimwear!

Uh.. Nate.. you have 4 ?? Dood.. you're starting to sound all domestic and stuff.. :)I owned two and inherited two, but typically only use one these days. They worked great for various appetizers and dips at the parties I used to throw when I was a youngin'. ;)

Awrighty, then..... don't mean to be too mysterious about this or anything.

If we've got 2 crock pots, I'll make a chicken casserole. If not, I'll just wimp out with Sloppy Joe's.

I can also make french toast one morning if you guys are into that. Otherwise, I'm good with yogurt, cereal and juice. :)

Geez, only a week to go! :D I'd better get my stuff together!
