HAHA! I know the area where they were picked up is 5 minutes from the courthouse/jail in downtown Omaha. I might have been there a time or two...

Wonder why they didn't hold her for minimum of 8 hours like other places.

But, legally, that might be an out for the second one. They SHOULD have kept her until she was sober.
