All i can say is fucking wow.. 6 months in jail for yawning in court when he wasn't even the one up for trial or anything.. judge can overrule the sentencing if he wants by getting an apology.. but even then the dude will have served 21 days..

this si bullshit... the economy is so bad now that now we have to even watch our yawns in court...

Easy there..
It said he made a "yawn" sound.. He was not on trial, but his cousin was for a drug charge..
We really need footage of the infraction..

Judges have way too much power in situations like that. 6 mo in jail can permanently ruin a guys life, especially in this economy. He would lose his job and not find another.
