Usually once they receive it they send it back out the next day. At least that is what they do with the red rings of death issue. If its something else Im not sure. My shipment got delayed because UPS sucks, should get it tomorrow now.

Cool cool I checked the status just a few mins ago. It's on it way back :). Not bad, should be here by friday. Thing is, I'm going to be camping for the weekend, suck cuz i bought the Batman game and another one too. Total time about a week and a half.
