im thinking about running some drag days next summer. over the winter im considering putting a nitrous dry kit on, and getting swingarm extensions for the drag days (definantly wouldnt keep them on for the street, i think they look like spit honestly)

does anyone on here have nitrous on their street bikes? i ride everyday, literally, my bike is my main transportation.

Don't do it.

More you mod something the pickier it gets. With it being your main transportation you don't want to risk it breaking.

I agree with Tipsy.

NOS is really hard on motors and everyone that I know that's put it in a car or bike can't help but to push that button. Eventually they're replacing motors.

I'd say, get a dedicated drag bike and mod the shit out of it for racing.

Yeah, at least I don't ride around my neighborhood wielding a machete and screaming at small children... :)

If you are going to do it, do it right. Add up all of the costs to run it "safely" before you do it and make sure you include an upgraded clutch. It's not as cheap as most people think.

I am heading down the same road myself and the bike is my primary means of transportation.

mofo, i plan on doing it right, i've learned from childhood mistakes. the progressive timer seams to be how alot of people are running it safely, that way its not even spraying in first and you can really regulate when where n how much its gonna spray.

Good choice. Let me know when you get it installed so we can meet up.
