Will SVS rear fairing from 04 fit my 01?

Will this rear tail section fit my '01 SV650S? Trying to bring bike back to stock-ish before selling.

I highly doubt it. The '03 and newer are a new generation. And besides that is only a half and the tail lights are completly different than the older SV's and probably cost more than the whole tail for your year. ;)

I doubt it too. Even between 03 and 04 they changed the subframes. So the complete redesign in 03 is pretty much gonna put a stake in the heart of you plan. Sorry.
