On his way back from Colo Spgs tonight my GFs kid saw a rider get rear ended as they stopped for construction traffic. Unfortunately the Lady behind the bike didn't stop and the rider ended up on top of the car in front of him. It bent the bike in half. Ambulance hauled him off screaming in pain.
They were doing about 35 when traffic stopped, then he saw the bike and the rider go up in the air. A second bike (Honda, riding double) with him had pulled off to the side of the road because of the quick stop. That was a lucky break for him! They stayed to talk to the police to make a statement, and to make sure they ticketed the lady.
I hope he is OK.
