dog shock collar recomendations???

So our lil turd chiuhauha Larry Sanchez made a daring escape last night and ended up back at dumb friends. Any recs for a collar to keep him in our property?

i work for a couple that has an electric fence around their property. Their dogs are just fine outside -- I think that electric fences are pretty affordable too -- maybe 150-200.
