The AP's that are connected to those devices are pretty easy to get into. Often times they are just a commercial CISCO device.

You can even DL the interface apps for those mobile signs on the webz and customize them any way you want. We have a bunch of them here that we mess with all of the time :)

Were it not a federal offense, and were I not the one responsible for configuring some of those systems, I would be all over it :)

That one's been up around for a few years. Not sure if they ever caught the guys though.
