Please go to www.gifbin.com (http://www.gifbin.com) to see it" is the message that's coming up. it looks like gifbin's throwing the message like photobucket does when a pic is not longer valid or has been pulled. Besides, if we were blocking it, it would either show up as a red x (salsa style) or not at all I'd think...

Color inversion. If you stare at certain colors (especially certain combinations) and then look away you see the opposite colors. If you look black & yellow and (i think)blue for the stars, then look away, you see a red, white & blue flag

At a glance it's just pick dots turning off but if I stare at the + sign they turn green and the pick dots disappear in sequence.
