Anywho, if you aren't getting anywhere with a Lemon Law case, maybe you should give Tom Martino a call.

tom is an arrogant asshole of a "reporter" and consumer "troubleshooter" here in Denver. his office is in the DTC in the Liberty Bell Communications/Clear Channel building.

He professes to be a consumer advocate and you can get your good standing business in the "Tom Martino Network" for a low fee of $10k a year.

He is an ass. But that is just my opinion as a former co-worker of his and then employee of his.

Some people say that if you want a lawyer, hire one that you hate.

Tom would be a good person on your side to help yo utackle a consumer problem.

He kind of a consumer crusader who takes it upon himself to right wrongs done on consumers. He has his own radio show on 630-KHOW (http://www.referrallist.com/index.php?op=news&id=28). I dunno... maybe put a call into the radio show, tell your story (be civil :)) and see if he can harass Phil Long for you.

Aside from his public persona, he definitely has his finger in a fair share of money making schemes as Dana said. However, he is definitely a prick and someone good to have on your side while trying to get this mess sorted.

got to give a big shout to my sales guy. he got into all this and now my trucks being fixed for free. i think there only doing it cuz of the part that was taken off my truck to fix another one. i dont care, its getting fixed. ill never buy from phil long ever again!
