Looking for a shop to tune carbs

I'm looking for a good shop to tune the carbs on my 96 GSXR 750 on a dyno with AF. This bike is fouling plugs and running pig rich and shitty and I'm tired of it. I'd like an idea of prices also. I also have no problems doing it myself if someone has a good idea of what jets, etc. to use on my bike with a full race exhaust and a k&n at this altitude.
