I知 looking for an apartment/house and could use some suggestions. Specifically, I知 looking for a one bed room anything with a garage available. A garage big enough to do some decent work on a car. The location would be preferably near I-25 anywhere in between orchard and county line. This is pretty flexible though depended on the property. I知 looking to spend $800 tops and shooting for 6 month lease terms.
Any thoughts?

Depends on the work you wanna do on the car. Most apartment garages are barely big enough for you to get out of the car, let alone work on it

Haha, the roommates idea might be the best option. I think I actually found a place though on Craigslist. We'll see if its not a scam. I don’t think the garage will be big enough to work on the car much, but should be great for the bike. :]

DTC for $800 plus garage for 6 months.... Good luck. Doable, just don't think you'll want to invite anyone over.

I used to live at Cierra Crest (Bellview and I-25) back in the day. I was paying something like $875 per month for a nice 1 Bedroom apt with no garage. Not a bad complex.

Hahaha... that's where i'm at now. I'm in a 2 bedrrom.... but the One bedrooms with garage are around $950.

Nice... Sounds like rent has gone up over there. It's a nice place to live.

well i live on yosemite and park meadows. i have a one bedroom with attached garage and im paying 811.00...the lodge @ willow creek is where i live.
