I'm still looking for this person. Let me know if you know of anyone who would be interested.

Location: Lakewood/Golden border
Duration: Initial 6+ month contract (but will be extended indefinitely) This HM has people who have been on his team for 2 years, so it will go long-term.
Pay: W-2 up to $50/hr for the right person (DOE)

Main skill: Must have Windows 2008r2. Personality is also critical. The HM does not want someone who is "timid", nor does he want a "bulldozer".

Job Description:
Strong Windows Server skills in architecture, implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting
· Strong Windows system/network performance issues and solutions.
· Build, Design, create Architecture
· Lead projects – proven organizational skills
· Design and deploy complex Windows Server systems
· Microsoft Systems Center products (SCOM, MS Forefront, SCCM, DPM
· Must have strong Windows 2008 R2
· DNS
· DFS
· Group Policy
· Experience patching Windows systems
· Build Print/Server cluster
· “understanding of Windows Backups and Data Recovery. Probably won’t do hands-on but need to be able to and know how in case.
· Strong Scripting skills (Wise, VBS, Powershell…)
· Project is to update Domain Controllers to 2008 R2
· Should bring a diverse background to the table. Be highly motivated and very into IT. Ability to take initiative on problem areas and propose workable solutions.
· Projects will be ever-changing. Must be able to take on new technologies, learn them, utilize them in the current environment. Ability to quickly gain expertise in new server products.
· Documentation for all infrastructure supported systems, networks and application software.
Additional skills that are not required from an “expert” role:
· Active Directory - understanding of but he doesn’t want an expert on this
· Exchange - understanding of but he doesn’t want an expert on this
· Sharepoint – support the backend
· Unified Communications – not critical
· ISCSI storage
· VMWare – understanding of but he doesn’t want an expert on this
· Linux – not required
