That can already be done. Ever watched the TV show Sanctuary? The indoor scenes are almost exclusively CGI, the only things real are the actors and hand held props. While you can occasionally see it, most of it is so good you can't tell what is real and what isn't.

I was thinking more of Running Man, where they digitally mask Arnold's image onto someone else.

So your image could be masked onto whatever they want from porn to bank robbery. ;)
