I should be taking back posession of my home either this week or next. I am planning on cleaning it out thuroghly and doing some repair work before moving in. So it wouuld be about a month from now before moving in. Its a town home with 3 bed, 3 bath, and a 2 car garage, finished basment, club house with pool and sauna.I plan on having my bikes in one half of the garage and the other half would be open. My boys will be living there part time and I am thinking a roommate might be a consideration since there is plenty of space. I'm thinking rent will be $500 but that can be talked about more seriously with whoever is interested.
