What is it? The manufacturer will be easy cuz it is all over the bike, but what model is it?

Stop making this sh*t too easy. It's a 4... ooh look, a pretty birdie.

Looks like a SXV450.

Edit: Confirmed. 450 converted to gp

It is actually a SXV 550. Pretty quick answer, I must not be the only person board today.

They're allowed to run the 550 in the "450 GP" class? Granted it's just different jugs, just curious...

The series in Europe that races these bikes have a 450 singles class and now have a larger displacement class for the 550 to race against the bigger Huskies and KTM's. For a side note on the SXV...the jugs aren't different on the 450 and 550 cuz the cylinders are cast into the lower cases. The difference is the cylinder sleeves inside. That is why the motor is so small and can't really be pushed out to say 600cc. I personally don't know of anybody with an SXV, but I've heard they are head and shoulders above a 450 single in performance.
My current street/spare race bike is one of these 450 dirt-to-street set-ups. It is a flat out blast to ride on the track or in the canyons. There is nothing like riding a 250 pound sport bike (except a 200 pound GP bike).

Pro'lly not. Remember it is still running the dirtbike components in the rear. The rear shock is said to be replaced for stiffness, but doesn't say anything about limiting the travel. Sooooo... that's probably also why the chain guide is still being used.

Back to the sexay!
