View Full Version : Freakin Skinny Jeans Everywhere

Mother Goose

So I can't find a decent pair of jeans anymore. Most everywhere has skinny jeans up the ass, but some of us guys don't have twigs for legs and anything other than a loose fit just won't do. When I do find some loose fit jeans, they are low rise. Really? Just what I want, my ass crack hanging out the back like I'm in prison. (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=sagging) Come on now.

So anyone know a good place to go for some loose-baggy fit jeans w/ a regular rise waist? And I'm not going to spend $100 on a pair of jeans. The most I ever pay is $50.

Levis 565(i think) are loose fit and have a regular rise - not grandpa rise but regular - you can get those at kohls for $35

Express Blake jeans - last I looked those are around $75

BKE makes a loose fit - buckle $90

ok...so all I really know is levis does still make a jean to fit the non-emo, non-chicken leg sort of guy

Checkout Sportsman's Warehouse for some Carhartts (www.carhartt.com)?

You KNOW a company like Carhartt is not going to make "I cut myself because my testicles can't drop" tight jeans...

You are going to have to go with the hip-hop brands now like Rocawear or Sean Jean. Never heard of a low rise men's jean; just get the right waist size

I prefer Lucky Jeans which they sell at The Buckle, as they are loose but last a long time.

I can usually find decent loose fit jeans over at JCPenney. I'm a hard fit, and for anyone that's seen me, you'll know that if I wore jeans tight there would be a problem with witness' eyesight.

+1 on The Buckle and JCPenny! For the tall man :eyebrows: And for those that like Lucky jeans, check out Nordstrom Rack for decent deals as well :)

Try some western wear places. You can probably bet no cowboy farmhand would be caught dead wearing emo skinny jeans.

Thanks guys, probably head over to Kohls this week to see what they have.

I will check out Nordstrom Rack; alwasy forget about them and didn't know they had Lucky Jeans. Sometimes even Costo has Lucky Jeans or some good brands cheap.

Look at the fit & sizing, says just below the waist.... that's low rise.

Maybe I am just getting old and don't know these new styles, but that sounds dumb. Even sagging of pants was gone I thought (unless you are a wannabe gangsata)..

I assume even a belt doesn't help?

Jeans are weird and just have to try on every pair. I've had the same brand not fit me even though I bought them before.

Try some "Mom Jeans". You may be pleasantly suprised on how comfortable they are. :)

My damn legs are so skinny that even spandex fits loosely. :(

I didn't even seen any jeans in that picture :dunno:

+1 on the Lucky's, just find 'em at tjmaxx or something so you're not paying full price. Lindsey got me a nice pair of lucky's for Christmas last year and she only paid $30 or so. i love 'em too, really freaking comfortable and about as emo as chuck norris.

I dunno what came first, the emo or the skinny jeans. The emo likes cut'n himself so nut crushing, dick strangling Yosimite Sam jeans are perfect. BUT if normal people wear skinny jeans, they'd probby cut themselves just to take their mind off of the pain of having their balls force into their bladders by a pair of denim. it's a vicious cycle...

<----Wrangler, Levi's or Rustler, yeah I know hick. But it's what works for me and I'm a bigger guy. Main thing is look for a relaxed fit from those manufactures. They have just the right amount of room. I can go straight leg but seems like those ones tend to put my boys in a bind, so I go with relaxed fit, which with Wranglers and Rustlers is a straight leg with just a little more junk room.

I wear Levis Silver Tab Baggy fit. They were the only jeans that I could get over my huge ass and legs when I was powerlifting. They look good and and are super comfortable. They are a little hard to find and usually go for about $50 at Dillards, JC Penny's, or Macy's.

I used used to buy a brand named bullhead, but they keep toying with the fit. I have thick man-thighs for my waist size, so loose fit jeans fit like normal jeans, and tighter jeans just are just too damn tight.

need to find a new brand.

ever see that "its always sunny" episode where danny devito gets a pair of skinny jeans? that guy is hilarious.

Go to macy's today and I have been able to get them to take the $10 off levis ($32.99 - $10 = $23 jeans) and they have lots of fits including silver tabs

Believe it or not, I have never owned a pair of jeans. Well, not since the 3rd or 4th grade. Can't stand the fit and they always made me itch.

Oops, I do remember having a pair, now. I had a pair of 501's in 9th grade and itched so bad in them that I would wear parachute pants (had every color:D) under them to be comfortable. Weird...

Another place that can be hit or miss, Costco. I've got all of my Lucky khaki pants for work, from them. I think they were like $20 each. I've never really checked out the jeans but I'm guessing they don't cater to the emo crowd. :dunno:
