Its customer service in financial care, there is online test of typing and customer service skills and couple interview processes to pass. Entry level with diploma starts Im guessing 14.00-16.00 and hour depending on experience. On top of base hourly rate you can bonus every month with no cap. (nice extra funds coming in)
I would help you with directing you where to apply, and tips for testing and interviewing, and use me for reference.

 Fuck that noise. That gig is rough. 8 hours a day of dealing with the most ghetto ass rude people you've ever heard. All the while you have to kiss their ass. Fuuuuuuck that. They hire like crazy cause they have an insane turnover rate.

Turnover actually isn't bad, most people have been there 5-8 years, I been there 2.

i worked as an FSR there for a year and a half, that job sucked, when i left i sent out a mass resignation email...pretty sure i was famous for that. every other call was, "why's my phone turned off, i didn't call you" sorry sir/ma'am, have you paid your bill, let me help you with that. The pay is much better than the $11.75 i started at though.

BTW Cat...is Chris Middleton, and James Lundstrom still there?

Don't get me wrong its a call center, but its the best company I.worked for. If I could work up to getting off phones even better, but its a job that pays my bills and school so I can be something else.... Not working at call center forever.
