DON’T SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN JUST YET Read the caption on the first photo, then look at the second photo.

Look at the picture above and you can see where this driver
broke through the guardrail, on the right side of the culvert,
where the people are standing on the road, pointing.

The pick-up was traveling about 75 mph from right to left
when it crashed through the guardrail.

It flipped end-over-end bounced off and across the culvert outlet,
and landed right side up on the left side of the culvert,
facing the opposite direction from which the driver was traveling.

The 22-year-old driver and his 18-year-old passenger
were unhurt except for minor cuts and bruises.
Just outside Flagstaff , AZ , on U.S. Hwy 100.

Now look at the second picture below...

Actually, it was in Utah, but damn. I think if that happened to me, I'd just sit on the couch for the rest of my life because my bag of luck wouldn't have a crumb left in it.

DirkThe first thing I did was check it on Snopes. Didn't notice they got the location wrong.

I would like to know the story about what was going on in the truck right before this happened.

Too bad they doctored the pic. Look at how tall the ambulance is...definitely some stretching going on. Which is too bad because it's impressive regardless.

Doctored? Extra tall? If anything it looks skinny in that pic, like it was condensed horizontally. Looks fine here:

Here's the pic from Snopes. It's a small photo, but looks to be the original aspect ratio. Still a helluva drop!!!!

I really feel like this is a repost, but I think the original was lost in the great crash of '10...

I really feel like this is a repost, but I think the original was lost in the great crash of '10...It does have a strange sense of familiarity...
