I have to fill out an application for a new position I'm going for and it requires extreme accuracy. Anyone know of a good site? Or does anyone do employment screening? I can't remember dates for shit.

If it's so far back you truly have no idea, make the best guess you can and let them know on the things you weren't quite sure on. I had to start keeping a file on my computer with that crap in it, because I could never remember it all.
