Location: Golden/Lakewood border
Duration: 6 months +
Contact: Me via PM ASAP if you are interested or know of anyone else that might me. This role will go fast.

· Document customer problems and communicate service information to users and record action using work order system.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop/laptop system, printer and operating problems.
· Consult and instruct users on hardware and software questions/issues.
· Collaborate and consult with IT teams on network issues.
· Install, maintain and upgrade desktop and laptop environments.
· Runs diagnostic tests to isolate network problems and make recommendations for potential solutions.
· Responds to error messages, equipment failures and other concerns from users.
· Ensures systems remain operational during working support hours.
· Working knowledge of Outlook exchange email services.
· Activating security tokens and educating clients as needed.

The above duties shall be performed in the following environment:
· Standard Software Suite – MS Office 2000, 2003, 2007, 2010 & Communicator; Adobe Acrobat Captivate; Live Meeting; FileMaker Pro; Entrust; Pointsec
· Hardware – Gateway, Dell, Apple, Blackberry, iPhone, Polycom, Cisco VoIP Phone
· Utility Software – TrendMicro, SCCM, McAfee, Forefront, Bluecat (Proteus) IP Management; Timbuktu
· Windows Server and Active Directory environments
· Juniper SSL VPN 2-Factor authentication
· Team oriented environment
· IS client service for over 2000 science and executive professionals, researchers and administration staff

Of course I have an idea on rate. haha

If he's serious about moving, and can be available quickly have him call me. Rate is more dependant on the skills. In the $20's/hr. Will be a longer term contract.
