I think it sounds like a great bike... However I also have to throw in the fact that you STILL won't see one on the road yet because they've all been recalled and shipped back to the factory.

They are already back in the dealers.

G-Force told me it had something to do with the valves failing. You'd think if it was something like TC, they could fix that pretty easily at the dealerships.

Apparently the Traction Control.

Kawasaki Statement
“It had been discovered that when some examples of the new 2011 Ninja ZX-10R were operated at high rpm under unique riding conditions – such as operating on a racetrack – the intake valve springs could surge. Should this rare incidence occur it could cause one or more intake valves to seat improperly, resulting in poor engine performance.
Having examined the very small number of machines which exhibited this surge phenomenon, the Kawasaki factory engineers have designed and fully tested a countermeasure which solves the problem without affecting any facet of the new engine’s outstanding performance.
On the limited number of machines produced so far, the camshaft, valve springs and spring retainers for intake valves are being replaced to prevent the valve spring from surging. The same design update is automatically being incorporated into the ongoing production run of the newest and most powerful Ninja yet produced.”

lol

It's a decent looking enough bike, I just don't understand the fugly exhaust canisters they choose to use.

I think that's the way things are going these days. It's almost like they intend everyone to replace the stock exhaust first thing.

every manufacturer has done this recently. I don't know why? Maybe they have to be in order meet emmision regulation? Either way i like the look better than the zx14

Sport rider gave the kawi good reviews. It will interesting to see how they compare it in the liter bike test.

I think the 10 looks much better than the previous bug-eyed version.... It's also very comfortable...

Explain that one?

Well its not nice I know, but if a bike were retarded it would be the 08-09 cbr 1000rrss, just looking at them I hear "Ddaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrr" in my head"

They also look like they ran into a brick wall at speed when designing the bike.

see if you throw a leg over mine ever again
haha ya sorry, was talking about the Hondas

I think the 1000rr is the best looking liter bike out there. Why? Because the Japs finally made a bike that isn't ALL angular and resembles a Transformer. IMO; everyother bike out there pretty much looks the same except for the 1000rr. Guess I'd rather be a leader and not be a follower.
