Long story...
My wife works down in Castle Rock, I work in Broomfield. We were in the process of buying a house so we decided not to renew the lease on the apartment that we have in Castle Rock. Now, it looks like the deal on the house will fall apart because of inspection and deferred maintainance issues...
We can't get another lease since the apartment complex already has a tenant lined up for the place we're in now.
Does anybody have a home or apartment that they can rent month to month while we are looking for another house to buy?
It's me and my wife, and 2 dogs. We would prefer to stay on the south side of town. Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Parker, etc...
We are very clean with extremely well behaved dogs, just looking for a temporary place while we start this whole house hunting process again!
