I need a complete teardown and rebuild of my Santa Cruz Bullit. I don't have any tools anymore and I'd rather just pay this time for an expert. Who does good work for cheap!

Well, no one's as cheap as your own labor. Bunch of DH freaks at Mojo Wheels, and I got a very good deal on my FSR there. I work on my own bikes, but never heard a bad word about them.

This will be the first time I pay someone in over 35 years. That is, the first time ever... except for lacing wheels. But this bike has sat for 4 years in storage and I don't have tools or a stand right now. Apartment living and other concerns like finishing my degree have pushed MTBing aside for too long. I really just want a fresh start like the bike is new from a shop.

Also, this is the first bike I ever spec'd out part by part and the brakes are beyond my knowledge-base. I'm willing to learn but don't want to take a chance at failure right now.

You could try Wheatridge Cyclery or Performance up on 80something and Wadsworth. We've used both with good results...
