I'm moving back into the Denver metro area next month after being away for awhile. I normally do my own service, but with moving and work, I'm just am not going to have the time this spring.

My '06 ZX-6R is due for an oil change and spring tune/check up.

Any recommendations for a service shop in Denver?
Any places to avoid?

Im going to have them do the valves on my f4i later this season, i order all my parts and stuff through 303cycle though.
