Its finally over!!!...and now I need a roommate

Today was the final hearing in the current battle with my ex wife. I now have half custody of my boys, child support reduced, and the court ordered her to sign the house over to me. So finally things are working out for me and my two boys. The only snag now is i need to find a roommate since I can't really afford to live in the house by myself. So if anyone is looking for a place its almost in the middle of arvada, hit me up
