Does anyone know what happened to this place? The other night when riding by it (on the way to Walnut) I noticed a For Sale/lease sign on the building. Did it move? Did it shut down?

I was just there a couple of weeks ago. He didn't mention moving or anything. I bet the sign is for a different section of the building.
