99 cbr project

I am helping a friend on a 99 CBR 900RR that is a new project bike......we are looking to put a new tail on it and would like some input on it. Should we go with a stock Honda tail section or go for an aftermarket? Let me know what you guys think and if you have links to some nice aftermarket tails please list a link to them.
