streetfighter headlights

Dont know anything about aftermarket parts. need a new headlight. found these on Ebay. Wanted your guys' input. I'm assuming "universal" fits are easier to install, but I'd also assume a little less sturdy. Where can I find, or are there any laws about aftermarket headlights? Now for the dumbest question... I'm assuming my gauges wont get in the way of the new assembly right? Here are the links I found.

the second and third don't give off a whole lot of light. Not familar with the first one.

those will suck, my bike came with the third and its so awful. i upgraded it to a DOT approved light from acerbis and guess what? light output still sucks. they all mount pretty close to the forks with those rubber straps so expect to get creative with the gauge cluster. id look around on aztec8.com if youre looking for something halfway legit that people will actually see.
