Fun day today. The GoPro was in picture mode so I have ~800 stills but no vid. :(

Do have pics of the black bear but you can't make him out, that's only the second time I have seen one up there, pretty cool.

Zach you would have not had a lot of fun, no snow really on the trails but it was wet and muddy, definitely a knobby day.

No big. I'd rather take your call on it than show up and have another miserable drz day.

I had a blast. Not looking forward to washing the bike tomorrow but it's a small price to pay. I have to figure out where that single track section we hit was. That was nice.

Sweet, found it on the map. I will probably head down next Monday for a ride too...

It's a good day when you have to wash your bike after rampart, most of the time you just dust it off :)

Need to wash my bike after today as well. Top quarter of buck was getting graded and wetted and one of those puddles on Wellington was a little deeper than usual.

Two questions for ya.
1. Are Rampart trails unidirectional?
2. Is it super busy on weekends? In Bueller's vids there are never any other bikes.
Thanks.

All trails are 2 way and they will never change that.
Weekends are not too bad in early spring and late fall but otherwise it is a mad house on the North end.
I just know when and where to ride.

Looks like Bueller covered it. On the weekends as long as you go further south or further from the main road you are OK. Weekdays are great! You just have to keep an eye out for traffic on the trail... or let someone else lead...

Bring a quad and you have nothing to worry about except THIS guy:
