seriously he needs his license revoked at a minimum for this stunt. I would also say some form of correctional facility with alot of time alone to think about this act he has done. Hopefully there is still hope for this kid. I almost had this happen to me, thankfully i was in a car but still some people need to there brain scrambled to wake them up me thinks.

Don't really think that video falls into the category of cars hogging the road. Biker ran into the car while trying to pass when there was oncoming traffic. Rider was totally at fault.
