I dabbel a little in hvac. I'm epa and testing to be nate certified. If those guys fall through pm me and I can take a look. I work in apt maintenance and and have had to maintain a few hundred at a time for a few years now.

Guys I was told last year it was a blown compressor due to improper placement of sensing bulb?? I'd like to repair/replace the compressor.

The quote was $1350 with a new or used compressor I think including install.

The quote was $3315 with a new unit.

Get a second opinion that just screams fishy. Or I'll change your blinker fluid for $29.95.....

Never buy a used compressor.
