I am soooooo bummed that I missed this! I had a choice to make - spend money at the race or make money teaching a BRC . . . I wish my wallet could have allowed for the race, but making a few duckets seems to be a bit more important than spending a few. Hopefully, I will be able to be out for the next one!

I know. No more crashing. I am gonna head to the mini land since all of the sumo rounds compete with mini's from now on. I may do a few more rounds. Possibly another IMI round for SUMO but I won't be going across state lines.

Quality footage, what were your video settings on the GoPro and how was there no 'scratching' sound from wind noise?

720p 30fps. Post processing done with Sony Vegas Pro 9. Mild color curve correction, vibrancy filter, and subtle sharpening. Audio left as-is.

Thanks for the info. Do you use the open backdoor or waterproof one? Mine always makes a scratching sound on anyone's bike and at any speed above 30mph.

I get that scratching noise too. I put a little piece of paper to help hold the camera a little more firm in the housing, seems to help a bit. Also, the rubber seal makes a HUGE difference. I once took the time to clean it with a toothbrush and it blocked out almost all windnoise :grab:
