Edit: The official BBQ announcement can be found here: http://www.cosportbikeclub.org/forums/showthread.php?t=41486

This year's BBQ is being planned for Sunday August 14th, and I'd like to bring it back to Clement Park in Littleton and the same shelter we've used in the past (http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&msa=0&msid=202288077027316501156.0004a54f8ee792e3ebbdd&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=57.641503,114.169922&ll=39.606939,-105.078997&spn=0.000872,0.001742&t=h&z=20).

As I discovered last year, that shelter is no longer free. :(
Cost is $125, so I'm looking for donations to cover most, if not all of that.
If any additional money is donated, it will be put toward food and/or drink.

To make your donation via PayPal, click here (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=BZ38TX8LMZQPL).

Thanks in Advance! 8)

EDIT: I was originally planning on maintaining a list recognizing contributors at the bottom of this post, but most of the people who donated have already replied with their intention, and, after being contacted, others requested to remain anonymous, so, after some discussion and much consideration, I have decided against my original idea... with one exception:

Performance Cycle (http://www.performancecycle.com/index.htm) was kind enough to donate $50 towards the BBQ.

I have a 40lb box of chicken thighs frozen solid I'll be donating. I should be back home in late July. But if some one wants to come grab it tomorrow before I leave for work they could. That way I know it'll be there to be eatin. There is no guarantee that I will be back by then.

Feel free to PM me. Thanks for throwing the BBQ King Spidee!!!:bananna:

If somebody is available to pick this up today (near Clement Park) and store it until the BBQ, that would be greatly appreciated. If so, please post up here, then PM sloridr to get the specifics.

Thanks in advance! 8)

Donation made .... despite the fact I just lost a ton of money in Vegas that could have paid for a couple of parties . And now the plane is delayed, just so I can lose more at the airport. :wtf:

Oh, I can help organize, if you need any help.

Is there any budget money for renting 2 or 3 sumo wrestler suits for the BBQ? After reading some of the posts recently, I think some people need a fun/safe/entertaining way to settle some issues without doing any real damage to each other :vader:
