You get the shifter between your toes and the flip-flop, then pray the flip-flop doesn't break. One of those "had to get something done, didn't have the right equipment" moments taught me that.

See, this is how rumors get started... Technically (and this guy looks like a technical guy) you build a callas over time. You have to work on it slow, like once a day for 2 weeks and build up, but eventually you will get it. Kinda like the leather he has on. If you mess that part up by working on it too fast you will never get the desired protection :no:.
