Im fairly new to the sight, to Denver actually, but am looking forward to meeting some riders. Im planning a ride out of Parker, Sunday, 6.26.11. We are planning on heading out at 8:00 A.M. Heading through Deer Canyon, to Idaho Springs, up through Black Hawk and on into Estes Park for lunch.
Lookin forward to having some riders join us. Oh ya, and my wife makes a pretty great breakfast for anyone who is at the house by 7:30!

Foolds,

Cant wait to get on the track but after paying for tax, title, license and insurance for a year Im having a hard time coming up with the dough for a set of GP-As and a day at the playground. I guess Ill have to settle for a day in the canyon.
BTW the chicane track day schedule website blows. What gives?

Mdub,

I didnt reset anything but your not the first person to say that. Maybe someone else had the name, quit it, and now I have. The member since 2002 thing isnt right either. Not sure what the deal is.
Im claiming and keeping the name though. Grew up on an Iowa farm, thats Cornfed to me.

Great Ride! I'm glad I was able to lead the way for the first leg and allow you guys to enjoy the ride, without worrying about turns and directions. Hope you have a great 2nd leg to Estes and beyond. I hope all the cornfeds get all the mountains they can stand, for one day! 8)

that was a grt ride. Always is, here in lovely Colorado. .longest one i have ever been on..i was tracking the mileage for the day. and from my driveway and back 235 miles.

Was it me or did the temp increase dramatically from hwy 72 to hwy 93.

It was great riding with you all. Could not askt for a better day....
